SWLC's Jessica Serrano, Staff Attorney, will be joined by Ellie Rushforth, Reproductive Rights Attorney, ACLU New Mexico, and Jessa Mckelvey, Campaign Organizing Specialist, Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains, to break down the decision and discuss what the future holds for pregnant people in the U.S. and New Mexico. They will also discuss the dangers Crisis Pregnancy Centers (CPCs) pose to pregnant people, especially low-income people facing unintended pregnancies. CPCs are anti-abortion organizations that are functioning as surveillance infrastructure for the anti-abortion movement.
